More Than A Room

I enjoy the fact that the arrangement is flexible and can work for both of us. It is good for me not to have to commit to employing someone who I may not have work for in the quiet times but you having the flexibility to do more hours for me. I also like the fact that I know it will be a long relationship and can be confident that although the initial setting up might take a while once it is done maintaining all areas that you are responsible for will be easier.

Since I have started working with Jemma it has taken some of the pressure off my working day. I get disrupted many times during the day and sometimes find it hard to sit and do jobs and concentrating. The jobs that do not physically need to be done in an office or Darwin I have allocated to Jemma and these are areas that she is responsible for. I know that I can move on with other important jobs like marketing and customer service. Jemma had a familiarisation to Darwin and some of our properties so she knows what we are working with and what our business is all about.

I simply send Jemma an email if I need something done sooner rather than later and it is attended to straight away. I really enjoy this relationship and hope it continues for as long as possible.

I first met Jemma at Your Virtual Asset over 12 months ago through a colleague who was using Jemma’s expertise for her IT and website work. At the time I was struggling to find an IT partner who I could work with on a day to day basis and be accessible and reliable.
