A Client Care Specialist is someone who’s primary role is to treat your clients with the respect and friendliness they deserve.

What can Your Virtual Asset do for me?

Primarily, I focus on client care but I am thoroughly experienced in all manner of administration so can also assist with website content updating, blog proofing and uploading, basic bookkeeping, invoicing and tracking of payments and email management.

What if I use a software system or program that you aren’t trained in?

I am proficient in many different systems and programs, and can easily pick up new programs if required. If the program is specific to only your business, I am happy to learn, however additional training costs may be incurred.

Will you need me to use specific programs?

Wherever possible, I work with my clients and their existing systems and programs. If such a system is not already in place, then I will make suggestions on appropriate solutions. My aim is to simplify your day and because of that, I believe in having flexibility to work with my clients in the ways they are most comfortable with.

How much does it cost?

As I offer a personalised service, I can tailor a package to suit the individual needs of your business, therefore making it more affordable and cost effective. Whether you require one off support for a particular project or ongoing assistance, a package can be customized to suit your needs.

Where is Your Virtual Asset based?

I am based on the Gold Coast in Queensland, Australia. I work off Australian Eastern Standard Time (GMT+10) and all prices are in AUD. I do not work to set hours and because of this, I can be flexible with when and how you choose to communicate with me. I give a 24 hour business day guarantee to respond to all correspondence. I do travel on occasion, however any changes to time differences will be discussed and notice given to clients ahead of time.

How do you accept payments?

Invoices are sent monthly and both direct deposit and paypal payment is accepted.
