Bring Back the Good Old Days

I miss good old fashioned customer service!  So many business owners these days are too busy
trying to keep up with the latest technology and fads that most have forgotten how to do things the “old way”.

Customers need help.  A lot of help. That is simply the nature of the beast. And do you know when they often need the most help? Before they have bought from you.  Before they have given you a single cent of their hard earned cash and that’s ok because this is also the best opportunity you have to convince them to buy from you.

But customers have become so demanding

In a way, yes.  And in a way, no.  Customers have become more demanding because they are more informed and they have more choice now than ever before.  There are very few businesses that have a sole market share and hence, the customer wants you to prove why they should buy from you and not your competitor.  You do offer something that your competitor doesn’t though – you.  They don’t have YOU!  Therefore, to get the sale, your customer needs to want You, more than they want Them.  And the secret to this is how you treat them.  Not the course you offer, your add-ons, or your amazing branding.  Just plain you and how you make them feel.

“Your customer needs to want You, more than they want Them”

Customer Service is all about the small things

Just because you run your business online, there is no need to forgo the little touches for your customers.  In fact, online market places are so saturated with similar businesses that this is one thing that will make you stand out from the crowd.  When a customer is searching online for a business, they aren’t just searching for a product or service, they are searching for someone to help them.  Someone to solve their problems. Someone that understands their needs.   And it’s up to you, to show them that you are this person.

Or perhaps I’m this person for you!  Sign up here to arrange for me to contact you.
